Definition
Users mean the persons visiting, browsing or accessing the web site/online store of Bagfittings & Accessories Company (hereunder referred to as BFAC),
and the persons using the member account of BFAC.
Member Account
Once the Users have created accounts with BFAC, they become members of BFAC and are therefore bound to keep confidentially their account name and password
for accessing their member account. They agree to be fully responsible for all the transactions/orders that have been made therein. BFAC has the full discretion to refuse,
deny or remove any inaccurate or improper transactions/orders, and to terminate the service/account that is found to be false in processing.
Web site contents
BFAC does its best to provide contents on its web site as accurately as possible. However, it does not warrant that the contents provided including the product name,
description, image, size, weight, price, the shipping cost and any materials are perfect and hundred percent error free. Members agree to access BFAC's web site/online store,
send out emails and make purchases there at their entire risks. In case of error being found, Users are cordially invited to notify the Administration of BFAC by email.
Applicable Laws
Though BFAC jointly with its Internet Service Providers (its associates) have done every effort to ensure that the online store, the web site, the softwares, all servers, the sent out emails,
newsletters, order confirmations and notifications are virus free, they do not warrant that there is hundred percent no harmful contents during electronic transmission.
