Definition
Buyer means the person who opens a member account with Bagfittings & Accessories Company (hereunder referred to as BFAC). He/she has the option to visit, browse, access, shop, make purchases, process orders/transactions at the online store/web site of BFAC.

BFAC has two shipping options for the Buyer. If cost saving is its priority, Buyer may select the registered post delivery. However, if time is the priority, BFAC suggests the postal courier shipping.

Registered Post Rate
Small packet in envelope or card box of maximum 2 kilos is sent as First Class Air Mail to countries worldwide. Insurance is not available as normally the shipment value is small. Packet is sent to the recipient at the risks of the Buyer. When packet arrives, the recipient needs to sign for acknowledgement of receipt. For major countries, normal arriving time takes from 7 to 10 days depending on Buyer's location. Also online tracking may be possible for certain countries.

Ems Postal Courier Rate
Goods are packed in Ems polybags or export cartons suitable for courier delivery. For major countries, arriving time is normally from 3 to 4 days after dispatch and online tracking is possible. Insurance may be available to these Ems parcels of shipment value not less than USD200 subject to prepayment of the premium. It covers the risks of physical loss or damage of Ems items caused externally, but excluding the risks due to delay, confiscation, destruction, condemnation or detention of the Ems items by custom authority at destination or its representative on the grounds of illegality, mis-description, mis-declaration or mis-valuation.

Insurance Claim on Ems parcel
Buyer needs to notify BFAC by email if he/she does not receive the insured Ems parcel within a reasonable time. BFAC will act as Buyer's representative and contact the Hong Kong Post Office to trace for the whereabout of the parcel. If it is ultimately the fault of the Post Office, BFAC will claim on behalf of the Buyer. This amount in any case not more than the invoice value will be refunded to the Buyer after same being received from the Ems insurance agent.

Non-insured Packets or Parcels
If after a reasonable time the goods have still not yet arrived at the destination, BFAC will on request assist the Buyer to issue a tracer to the Hong Kong Post Office (HKPO) chasing for the whereabout of the goods. However, as the investigation takes sometime to finish, Buyer needs to be patient for the outcome. In the event of loss or damage, there may be a refund from the HKPO, and that will of course be returned to the Buyer accordingly.

Confirming orders
Before clicking on the button to confirm the order/transaction, Buyer has the responsibility to check repeatedly if or not the products, quantity, billing address, shipping address and the shipping method that Buyer inputs and selects are correct, otherwise, Buyer agrees that the informations provided are deemed to be not mistaken and accepts the ordered completed.

Shipping Address
Buyer needs to pay very special attention if or not the billing address and the shipping address are different. If Buyer has made a mistake in selecting a wrong shipping address after submitting order, he/she ought to notify BFAC as quickly as possible. Unless BFAC has not yet effected the delivery, shipping to the wrong address seems inevitably. Eventually, Buyer should accept and take full responsibility of the order/transaction and cannot blame or claim on BFAC.

Shipping Time
Normally, shipping is to be effected in one week after prepayment. Arriving time at destination depends on individual country, Buyer's location, the air traffic condition as well as the efficiency of the destination post office. The number of days that BFAC provided above is for the Buyer's reference only and does not constitute an obligation on BFAC

Shortshipment
In the event of shortshipment, BFAC will notify the Buyer by email to have his/her consent for the acceptance. Partial refund of payment will be made according to the actual quantity shortshipped, and is done after shipment effected.

Items out of stock
If items ordered are finally out of stock, Buyer agrees that BFAC has the option to deliver the goods in more than a week. If refreshment is difficult, BFAC has the full discretion to terminate the transaction/order and process refund after Buyer being notified of the incident.

Return Policy
BFAC does not accept the return of goods unless there is apparently a critical defect in production that affects the functioning of the products. Even if this happens, Buyer needs to notify BFAC in advance and ask for approval and solution before taking action.

Review and Amendment
BFAC shall from time to time review the above terms and conditions and makes amendment where appropriate without prior notice.
